Upload your CV and Unitic ranks supervisors from 47,000 indexed professor profiles across 97 Canadian universities, then drafts your academic CV, your statement of purpose and the first email to each supervisor. You review every word before anything is sent.
Unitic and your Google account
Connecting Gmail is optional and separate from signing in. When you connect it, Unitic asks Google for one permission only: gmail.send (the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send).
- Unitic sends only the emails you wrote and clicked Send on. There are no automatic, scheduled or bulk sends.
- Unitic never reads, lists, searches, changes or deletes any of your email, and has no access to your contacts or your Gmail settings.
- Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI or machine-learning models.
- You can disconnect Gmail at any time, in Unitic Settings or in your Google Account. The stored tokens are then revoked and deleted.
Unitic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
